Internal tool of the öMAFIA club · Vienna, Austria

öMAFIA is a hobby club that runs social deduction (“Mafia”) game evenings in Vienna. This tool is used by the club’s own volunteers and is not a public product — it works only with the club’s own accounts.

What it does

• Publishes the club’s own announcements — photos, carousels and stories — to the club’s Facebook Page “Mafia Austria”, its Instagram account @mafia_austria and its Telegram channel, on a schedule set by the club.
• Collects incoming messages and comments from the same Page and Instagram account into one private staff chat in Telegram, so the club’s volunteers can answer everyone from a single place instead of switching between three apps. Replies are written by people, not generated.
• Runs the club itself: sign-ups for game evenings, attendance, membership cards — through the Telegram bot @mafiaaustriabot.

The staff side lives inside the club’s private Telegram group, so it cannot be opened by a visitor — a screencast of the full flow is attached to our app review submission.
